A ride with friends, a family weekend or several days from yard to yard: become an Appsely tour partner and make your yard a starting point, stage stop or finish. Riders can bring their own horse or hire one from your yard.
Free promotion for your yard
Appsely features your yard on suitable tours and links to your contact or booking page. New riders, guest horses and groups can discover your yard. Partner promotion is free. Appsely charges no referral commission on horse hire, escorts or other yard services booked directly with you. All income from these services stays with you.
One tour – your own horse or a hired horse
Riders can bring their own horse or enquire about hiring a suitable horse from a partner yard. The yard decides whether hire is available with or without an escort. Families and friends plan their outing around their abilities, horses and route. Meeting points, any trailer parking and other facilities are listed for each tour or yard.

- Check the route and GPS points locally and agree the setup with us.
- Install the QR signs sent by Appsely at agreed points and test them with a smartphone.
- Check the QR signs you look after and report missing or damaged signs.
Before installation, we agree QR locations with you and the responsible property owners.
What Appsely provides
Appsely supplies the digital tour, GPS points, permanent station links and agreed QR signs. We publish the partner listing and link to your yard. Participants use their smartphone to see their location and the next GPS destination. At the stop, they scan the QR code with their phone to discover the next station. Additional route signage is not required.

Horse hire and escorts are arranged and paid for directly with the yard. Participants buy the Appsely digital desk membership with tour access. Membership does not pay for a horse or escort. Promotion of your partner yard is free and commission-free. Appsely gains new members through tours and partner signs.

- Propose tours or ask Appsely to handle planning. Give your location and choose one to three tours to look after.
- We review the enquiry in admin, then agree tours, QR points, the promotional photo, website, opening times and contact through WhatsApp.
- Set up local points and test the supplied QR signs. After joint release, look after and check your agreed tours.
A promotion point at your yard
“Appsely tour partner – discover riding tours and other tours across Europe. Digital desk from €3.75 per month when paid annually.” The promotional QR links directly to tour selection. QR codes along the route open the relevant station. Your yard becomes a starting point for new experiences and Appsely reaches new participants.

At the finish, participants receive the tour’s book or PDF from Appsely as a small gift. Tour selection helps them find more outings, regions and partner yards. A personal riding tour passport with collectible motifs is envisaged as a later addition.
